We created NeuraFlash with a mission of providing our customers with a unique set of services that dramatically improve customer and employee experiences across all channels with AI and the Salesforce® Success Platform.  A mission that we are well on our way to achieve as we are partnering with many amazing customers on their Salesforce and AI journey. And as the go-to A.I Partner for Salesforce, we can help you get the most out of your Salesforce investment by leveraging the power of Einstein.

NeuraFlash was created by the founding members of Viecore, a large contact center consulting company which was later acquired by Nuance Communications (powered Apple SIRI). At Nuance, we built on Virtual Assistant, Chatbot and Machine Learning solutions as early as 2000.  

Most recently two of us led the go-to market efforts of HeyWire, a pioneer in 2-way SMS and Facebook Messenger, which was acquired by Salesforce and is now Salesforce LiveMessage.

Tom Chisholm is NeuraFlash's Chairman and serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team. Tom has decades of leadership experience as a technology entrepreneur in customer care solutions integrating cloud, voice and mobile. Previously, Tom was the founder and CEO of Viecore, a leading  professional services provider and systems integrator in the contact center technologies space with IBM and other top partners.

Brett Chisholm is NeuraFlash's CEO and Co-Founder, leading the company as one of the largest Salesforce AI partners. Brett was previously the VP of Sales at HeyWire (acquired by Salesforce in 2016 and now known as LiveMessage) and Nuance Communications with over 10 years experience in cloud services, AI, and digital channels. At NeuraFlash, Brett is deeply committed to bringing best experiences and forward-thinking solutions to our customers.

Jim Hunt is NeuraFlash's COO and Co-Founder and leads services operations, delivery, and customer success strategy. Jim brings deep expertise in CRM, AI, and contact center technologies with previous leadership roles in both product and professional services. Prior to NeuraFlash, Jim served as the VP of Product and Services at HeyWire, later acquired by Salesforce in 2016 and now known as LiveMessage.

Dennis Thomas is NeuraFlash's CTO and is responsible for leading technology and product strategy for AI solutions including Salesforce Einstein, Natural Language Processing and omni-channel experiences. Dennis previously worked at Nuance Communications and led the design and implementation for NINA, the world's first digital AI virtual assistant bot for customer service.

Kartik Viswanadha is NeuraFlash's VP of Innovation and Salesforce Practice Leader, responsible for creating and delivering exceptional Salesforce solutions for our customers. Kartik is a perennial Salesforce MVP (an honor given by Salesforce to only 200 people worldwide), with 16 Salesforce Certifications, and over 10 years experience on the Salesforce Platform as a Technical Architect, Developer, and Consultant.

Anuj Gupta is the country head at NeuraFlash India. Anuj is an experienced technical manager with a track record in contact centers, speech recognition, IVRs, and CRM - he previously managed services delivery at Genesys and Avaya. At NeuraFlash, Anuj is focused on building a great team of Certified Salesforce Consultants, A.I., and Contact-center experts to support delivery of Intelligent Customer Service solutions for our enterprise customers worldwide.
