NeuraFlash Establishes International Hub in India
Boston, MA - October 10, 2019: NeuraFlash, a leading AI and Gold Consulting partner of Salesforce, is excited to announce the establishment of NeuraFlash India, their global wholly-owned subsidiary in India. Co-founded by CEO Brett Chisholm, COO Jim Hunt, and CTO Dennis Thomas, NeuraFlash provides and implements innovative, and scalable solutions and specializes in building solutions that transform and optimize customer and employee experiences with AI and the Salesforce platform.
Headquartered in Boston, NeuraFlash has hubs in New Jersey, San Francisco, and now, New Delhi, India. The India office has already grown to 30+ employees in less than a year! With no plans to stop, it is forecasted to grow to over 75 people by the end of 2020.
Anuj Gupta, the Country Head of NeuraFlash India, is leading the office. He offers over 20 years of experience including AI, Bots, Telephony, Analytics, Service Cloud and Contact Center across a wide spectrum of enterprise technology including entrepreneurship, offshore delivery, and service delivery for on-premise and SaaS solutions across enterprise platforms.
