NeuraFlash Achieves AWS Conversational AI Competency

December 6, 2022 – NeuraFlash, LLC, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Partner and Amazon Connect Delivery Partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN), announced last week at AWS re:Invent that it has achieved the AWS Conversational AI Competency. This designation recognizes NeuraFlash for its expertise in delivering chatbots and voice-enabled interactive voice response (IVR) solutions. With a leadership team from Nuance Communications, a dedicated team of Conversational Experience Designers, Speech Scientists, and AWS-trained Developers, NeuraFlash has  extensive experience helping customers transform their voice and digital chatbot experiences.  

Building IVR solutions with speech recognition on legacy platforms is time consuming and requires mature Conversational AI design resources. In addition, the demand to shift to digital channels are higher than ever. NeuraFlash Bot Insights: Pre-built dashboards on key metrics, conversational analysis, and breakdowns by topic and channel to provide an understanding of how your bot is performing.
