Tom, a Product & Innovation leader with 22 years of experience in the Voice User Interface & AI industries, was most recently the Vice President of Services at Directly, a customer service software company. Prior to his career at Directly, he headed the Cognitive Innovation Group at Nuance Communications, where he worked since 2007.
As Vice President of Product & Insights here at NeuraFlash, Tom will be leading our product vision & product development, as well as our initiative, focused on business outcomes, that supports our now 300+ active customers. This initiative will scale our ability to predict business benefits for our customer’s job to-be-done. Additionally, he will be working closely with the NeuraFlash sales team, reinventing the way our customers' needs are defined & how ideas are constructed & tested.
