For Immediate Release - Burlington, MA: NeuraFlash, a leading AI and Platinum Consulting Partner of Salesforce, today named Asad Raza as Practice Lead for Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. Reporting to CTO and Co-Founder, Dennis Thomas, Raza will spearhead the company’s initiatives around their Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Practice.
Raza was most recently the Sr. Solutions Architect at Capital One, leading the largest Amazon Connect deployment which consisted 50,000+ call center agents and billions of minutes. In his almost 10 year career in the telephony and cloud-based solutions space, Raza is a published author and leads his own Udemy.com course where he helps 2,500+ students and professionals learn how to build Amazon Connect Call Centers.
As a part of his new role at NeuraFlash, Raza will be building out a robust delivery team consisting of solution architects, developers, and administrators to support the Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice practice. Focused on building exceptional agent & customer experiences, In addition to partnering with NeuraFlash’s own product teams to create gap filler solutions for Service Cloud Voice, Raza will be partnering closely with the Salesforce and Amazon product management leaders. He will also work on creating and strengthening partnerships with 3rd party vendors like Calabrio/TeleOpti for Workforce Management integrations and Predictive Outbound solution providers like Acqueon.
