NeuraFlash was created by the founding members of Viecore, a large contact center consulting company which was later acquired by Nuance Communications (powered Apple SIRI). At Nuance, we built on Virtual Assistant, Chatbot and Machine Learning solutions as early as 2000.
Most recently two of us led the go-to market efforts of HeyWire, a pioneer in 2-way SMS and Facebook Messenger, which was acquired by Salesforce and is now Salesforce LiveMessage.
