NeuraFlash Welcomes Hussein Emam, New Director of Salesforce Workforce Engagement & Contact Centers

It is with much excitement that we welcome Hussein Emam to the NeuraFlash team!

Hussein, a technology hands-on leader with 16+ years of experience in partner & customer-facing technical consulting, architecture & delivery roles across Network, unified communication, Contact Center & Cloud arena, was most recently the Director of Architecture at Fidelity Investments. In that position, his focus was on building cloud-native applications that utilized micro-services & event-driven architecture from the ground up in AWS. Prior to his career at Fidelity, Hussein was the Director of Technical Solutions & Custom Integrations at Cogito Corp, an MIT startup where his team created artificial intelligence solution that analyzes the human voice & provides real-time guidance to enhance behavior for Contact Centers. Additionally, Hussein has experience leading the Architecture & Deployment of Oracle’s Acme Packet’s products in various Fortune 500 within the Service Provider & Enterprise Markets.

As the Director of Salesforce Workforce Engagement & Contact Centers here at NeuraFlash, Hussein will be developing & heading a new emerging NeuraFlash practice focused on the Salesforce Workforce Engagement Platform. He will be engaging & building relationships with Salesforce Product Managers & key alliances associated with the Workforce Engagement platform to build a team that delivers great results for customers.

In addition to his role with the new Workforce Engagement practice, Hussein will be leading partnership teams to establish affiliation with leaders in the Amazon Connect market. This strong partnership will allow us to better help our customers leverage the power of voice in their contact centers.

Hussein has 6 Amazon Web Services Certifications, which include:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
