  • Conversational Insights: With just one click, users can create call summaries! This will be supported across both voice and video calls.   • Enhanced Email Personalization: As previously mentioned,  Prompt Builder is a tool enabling the creation of reusable prompts supported by LLMs and secured within the Trust Layer. Sales teams can seamlessly customize their emails, leading to increased sending and enhanced outcomes.

  • Einstein Work Summaries: This feature is now offered in six languages, granting agents more time and assisting contact center managers in better team management.
  • Einstein Article Recommendations: This feature combines the power of AI and Article Recommendations to craft custom AI-generated email drafts with Einstein for Service Knowledge Grounded Email Responses.

  • Field Service Mobile: The field technician's phone gets a boost! Now, they can scan barcodes right within the app, customize the tab bar for smoother workflows, automatically timestamp location-based actions for improved tracking, and much more!
  • Field Service Resource Management: Field service now accommodates multi-day work, offering advanced scheduling and optimization. Additionally, improvements to the dispatcher console Gantts and enhanced search/filtering capabilities within the app bolster usability and productivity for both field technicians and dispatchers.
